I was invited to speak at RMIT University, Melbourne, as part of their ‘Design agency 4: Uncommon’ talk series.

As part of our ARC ‘Surfacing Urban Wetlands’, and in collaboration with the Open Field Agency, I helped to curate the first ‘Swamposium’, an event series focused on bringing together artists and researchers whose work explores swamps, water, urban renewal, and creative research practice.

I presented my paper ‘Disobedient Ecology: A productive and troublesome reframing of Sydney’s wetland entanglements’ at ACAUDS 2025.

I was asked to report back on the conference and reflect on how drawings might help us to synthesise, understand, and navigate signals and noise in STS research.

As part of the Visualisation Institute’s annual conference, I teamed up with Dr Monica Monin to create this exhibition showcasing the wide expanse of different creative methodologies and practice-led research at UTS.

As part of Sydney’s Climate Action week, I was invited to showcase my work on wetlands, disobedient wildlife, and anthropomorphism at two different events.

As part of the Three Rivers Bexley ‘Critics Club’ workshop series, I was asked to run a workshop.

I ran two walking workshops as part of the DrawSpace summer event series.

My work is exhibited as part of the ‘Walk With Me’ exhibition at DrawSpace Sydney.

Wild news in my universe! I have been offered a position on an ARC-funded team at UTS in Sydney to do my PhD on ‘Surfacing Urban Wetlands’.

In October, I spent a month in Hawai’i, on the island of Oahu. I travelled around the island to document it’s many contrasting elements, from busy tourist beaches to vast botanical gardens.

I was invited by Stefanie Black and Luise Vormittag of ‘Colouring In’ magazine to speak at one of their seminar on ‘Truth’.
